Scholars say that as children continue to read, their thinking will improve and they will develop self-esteem and memory.

"Children's cognitive development often begins at the age of three. They need to get used to reading that season. With some activity of the parents the reading habit can definitely be brought to the children.

Parents who want to bring book reading to their children should first have the book they read every day. This will naturally make the child interested in reading.

* After the age of two, children can be fed by keeping books full of pictures and taking pictures of them as stories in a way that they can understand, instead of showing them toys or mobile phones.

* Initially, children's interest in reading will automatically increase if they buy different books such as animated books and books made of colored cloth. When introducing reading to children first, make it a habit to give children long, lightweight books that are easy for them to handle.

* When children read a book for the first time, ask them to read each word aloud. Kindly tell them to give it a try and read on.

* Gift items in general are something that can impress children. So if you want to gift something to children you can buy them interesting, departmental books or take the importance of the book and recommend the book itself even if they want to give something as a gift to anyone.

* Give the child a book and ask them to read it first and then talk to them about a small character in it, or tell them to act out things like that. After that they can give small prizes for the best performance.

* Today's children are more interested in digital. So, after your child has achieved some reading ability, ask them to read some information for a quarter of an hour daily through reading apps. Show them the reaction as if it is new information to you.

* Take the children to book fairs and ask them to choose the book they want and explain in detail about other departmental books. This will increase their interest in the book.

* Take your child to libraries during the holidays and spend at least an hour there with them, then bring them home and share what they have learned with everyone in the house.

* When telling bedtime stories to children, keep the pictures in the book in a way that children can see. Listen to their feedback from time to time. Now your child will make reading a habit.
